Description
Housing and meat tray made of high-grade CrNi steel, with elegant smooth surfaces that resist abrasion. Spacious feed tray with large, easily accessible throat (85 x 95 mm); feed tube made of stainless steel. Tray capacity 50 liters. Worm housing, worm and collar nut made of stainless steel, with quick-release lock. The turns of the worm housing and delivery screw are ideally matched to the rotational speed. Location of complete mincer insert outside of machine housing facilitates cleaning. The worm and cutter are safely withdrawn from the worm housing with a combination key. Powerful, low-noise spur gear motor achieves a high theoretical output of 1000 to 1100 kg/h. The mincer has been approved for safety and hygiene according to EC Machines Directive 89/392/EEC by an accredited test laboratory under registered design test Nos. 94014 (FW-N 32 T/S) and 94015 (FW-N 98 T/S) and GS safety test Nos. 94043 (FW-N 32 T/S) and 94044 (FW-N 98 T/S). The EC Declaration of Conformity contained in the operating manual verifies compliance with the regulations.
